Tilal Real Estate has been honored with a prestigious recognition for its leading role as a Platinum Sponsor of the Fourth Urbanism Forum, which kicked off today, Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at King Saud University in Riyadh.
The honor was presented by H.E. Eng. Ihab Ghazi Fahmi Al-Hashani, Deputy Minister of Municipal and Housing Affairs; Dr. Abdullah bin Salman Al-Salman, Acting President of King Saud University; and Dr. Ghazi Al-Abbasi, President of the Saudi Society for Urban Sciences.
Receiving the honor on behalf of Tilal Real Estate was Mr. Mohammed Al-Shuwaier, the company’s Operations Director. The recognition came during the first day of the forum, which gathered an elite group of officials and specialists in urban planning and housing—reflecting the organizers’ appreciation for Tilal Real Estate’s pioneering role in supporting Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector and advancing sustainability.
In his remarks, Mr. Al-Shuwaier expressed his gratitude to the organizers for recognizing the company during the Fourth Urbanism Forum, emphasizing that the award reflects Tilal’s steadfast commitment to supporting the Kingdom’s real estate sector.
He added that the company continues to adopt innovative initiatives that contribute to sustainability, enhance quality of life, and empower young talent to be part of the urban development journey in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
