In a significant move to enhance the hospitality sector and introduce innovative experiences, Tilal announced the signing of a partnership agreement with Ennismore, the global leader in hospitality and lifestyle, to develop “25hours Al Khobar,” the first of its kind in the Eastern Province.
An Exceptional Hospitality Destination in Al Khobar
The “25hours Al Khobar” hotel will feature 170 rooms and suites, alongside 80 furnished apartments for long-term stays. Each space is designed to reflect the city’s character, offering a unique and immersive stay experience. The hotel will also include exceptional leisure facilities such as multiple dining options, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and the signature circular lounge – a hallmark of the hotel – making it a haven for relaxation and exploration.
Introducing a New Concept for Co-Working Spaces
For the first time in Saudi Arabia, Tilal, in collaboration with Ennismore, introduces the “Working From_” brand, dedicated to shared workspaces. Spanning over 2,000 square meters, the center will feature meeting rooms, phone booths, and exclusive benefits such as special offers on hotel services and discounts on food and beverages.
“Heart of Khobar” – A Multi-Purpose Urban Destination
The “Heart of Khobar” project, unveiled at the Cityscape Global exhibition, is a fully integrated urban community covering 268,000 square meters. Designed by WATG London, the project embodies the vision of living, working, and playing in one cohesive environment, with a strong emphasis on walkability and human-centric design. The development stands as a unique destination reflecting Al Khobar’s identity while supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals.
