We are pleased to announce the laying of the foundation stone for our latest community, “Tilal Homes in Dammam,” located in the city of Dammam within the Al-Wajaha District, in partnership with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and as part of our series of projects in the Kingdom.

Under the supervision of Engineer Darwish Al-Ghamdi, representative of the National Housing Company, the foundation stone was inaugurated, and construction work has commenced, with Al-Fanar Contracting Company beginning the pouring of the basic foundations for the first phase of the project.

The “Tilal Homes in Dammam” community is our largest project, featuring more than 1,200 residential units distributed across 50 buildings, with a variety of models reaching up to 14 different designs, including three-bedroom apartments, ground duplexes, as well as penthouses and sky villas. The project also includes over 56,000 square meters of green spaces and model gardens, a cycling path, and a sports walkway exceeding 3 km, along with three mosques and a major commercial center that will serve the residents of the community and the district, all on a total area exceeding 112,000 square meters.

We consider this project a step forward in implementing the National Housing Strategy and achieving our vision of delivering high-quality projects focused on quality of life, according to the highest construction and design standards.
