We are delighted at Tilal to announce the launch of the second phase of sales, following the successful closure of sales for the first phase of the “Tilal Homes in Qumrah” community, located in the city of Safwa within the Qumrah district, in partnership with the National Housing Company.

The “Tilal Homes in Qumrah” community spans an area of 131,000 square meters and includes 520 residential villas, featuring essential services such as a mosque, green spaces, commercial, educational, and service facilities, all enhancing the distinguished lifestyle in a fully serviced residential environment.

We take pride in the project’s strategic location, which is situated between the city of Safwa to the west, Tarout Island to the east, and the city of Qatif to the south, making it connected to the Jubail Road, the main artery to the city of Dammam. The villas feature diverse designs that cater to the tastes and aspirations of our clients.

In this context, Abdul Rahman AlBassam, CEO of Tilal, stated that “the launch of the second phase of sales reflects the demand in the region and the increasing awareness of customers regarding their need for housing in a safe residential environment focused on quality of life.”

It is noteworthy that Tilal had previously announced the commencement of construction works for the “Tilal Homes in Qumrah” community according to the approved timeline agreed upon with the National Housing Company.
